Nike Air Force 1 Mules Are Coming And We're Questioning Everything

Thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, clogs and mules have now become some of the most popular footwear options in the market. Renowned for their convenience and overall cosiness, the trend started to gain steam around 2020, and it doesn't look like it's about to slow down anytime soon. With that in mind, it looks like Nike could be about to give its most iconic basketball shoe the same treatment with these Nike Air Force 1 Mules - and we're taking a closer look.

To be honest, this silhouette was actually first unveiled all the way back in 2018 and were known as the Air Force 1 Lover XX Premium. However, back then, absolutely nobody wanted a pair of these in their daily rotations. That said, things are a little different four years later, and that's why the Beaverton-based brand decided to bring these things back.

Revealed in "Cinder Orange," "Off-White," and "Black" colour schemes, this model is basically the classic Air Force 1 but with its lacing system, tongue, and ankle sliced completely off. The Air midsole has been heightened for extra comfort, and the usual perforations can still be found around the toe box for optimum ventilation.

Set to return very soon, let us know which Nike Air Force 1 Mule you're feeling the most, and be sure to take a look at The Edit LDN's full Nike range here.
