First Look at the Hidden.NY x ASICS GEL-NYC
Without a shadow of a doubt, ASICS has just had one of its most successful years yet. Dropping fire release after fire release, popularity hype the Japanese sportswear company skyrocketed to levels that it had never experienced before. And now, just when you thought things were beginning to slow down a bit, the Hidden.NY x ASICS GEL-NYC gets revealed, and it's yet another must-own colourway.
Taking on the brand new GEL-NYC that's (obviously) inspired by the Big Apple, the social media moodboard's version works on top of a crisp white mesh base and is overlaid by metallic silver panels throughout. ASICS' signature Tiger Stripes glides across the lateral and medial sidewalls, and these are done up with a glitchy, pixelated effect, paying tribute to Hidden's dominance within the digital realm.
Underfoot, the trainer sits on top of a highly-sculpted midsole, and this is infused with GEL tech for unrivaled comfort and cushioning. It's then packed in special co-branded shoebox that fans of the New York City-based brand will definitely be able to appreciate.
